The new album by Farthest South will be released in December 13th, 2013.
The album was recorded in June 2013 after we were back from a fascinating experience in the desert. We entered the studio and things were not going that well, so towards the end of the day we decided to take a little rest and when we came back we decided on a a concept: Let’s play as if we’re in a space shuttle flying slowly to the heart of a star, crossing spheres and constellations. Everything was improvised, no overdubs or corrections. I like the result, it’s very trippy and psychedelic.
